The whole “is Brunson a better Knick than Melo” debate is stupid to me. We were all there for the Melo era. Melo was a great player Hall of Famer & deservedly so but he never had enough help in New York to truly become a top Knick ever. We appreciate everything he did for our franchise but this is prob why he won’t end up in the rafters & why it’s already easy for a lot of people to say Brunson is a better Knick than Melo already.

There’s a part of me that thinks of how the performance would’ve been with subtitles. But with the immediate visceral reaction he got when they announced him as the halftime show I also admire the pettiness of not having subtitles. ( I am Petty Guerrero after all) But do you know how many Jamaican songs I’ve heard and didn’t understand a damn thing? How many songs I’ve heard in Japanese and just rocked because they was rockin?
