Lymphoepithelioma-like urothelial carcinoma ~ #GUpath ➡️ Syncytial arrangement of epithelial cells with intervening lymphocytes within groups of epithelial cells ➡️ Lack of specific differentiation of epithelial cells ➡️ No association with EBV (unlike in nasopharynx)
