Or you will have to sell it and most likely break even on what they left on the loan. Unless it’s paid off and it’s usually not

@delbigtree Absolutely! We left Washington state after Covid vaccine mandates and the eventual removal of most exemptions for school.

To enroll a child aged 24 months to 4 years in preschool in Connecticut, they MUST get an annual flu shot. No opt-outs for faith. So, what do you do? MOVE. That's right. Your state has turned against you and your family. It's mandating injections that could harm your child forever: paralysis, speech delays, neurological disorders, even encephalitis (brain swelling) side effects listed on vaccines you never see. I've interviewed THOUSANDS of parents who've faced this regret. You DO have a choice. Don't tell yourself otherwise. No 20-foot wall traps you in Connecticut or California. If you truly care about your kids, pack up. Job? Doesn't matter. Protect them first. Unless you're ready to stand and FIGHT. I get it. I was there. @ryangerritsen How would they even know? I have always declined to share any information with any government agency. A box you check! And then you make sure to opt out of any school reporting.

My daughter is currently in high school. In grade school we said no to the gardasil vax. Now public health keeps calling & claiming her immunizations are not up to date. The school sends us public health emails telling us that the vax will be provided at the school soon. Gardasil is not a mandatory vax on the schedule. How many people do they use this tactic against to trick them into getting their children to take this product? This is a problem.
