6 months of consistency after 6 years of a sedentary lifestyle with grinding games and remote jobs. Getting back into it was an uphill battle but every victory no matter how small helped motivate me. Depression and ADHD have been hella quiet since I started getting active 😤

Though we don’t speak, I know Allie and I share the knowledge that what we experienced with Presly was far worse than any of this reveals and only a fraction of his true nature.
His attempt to ‘come back’ for the third time as a proven abuser of women doesn’t sit well with me. Where is the line drawn? At the third woman? The fourth? When does it become enough?
