Kashif Moore just arrived in State College in February and is already making a serious impact on the recruiting trail. Moore has landed the following prospects already 1. 4 ⭐️ 6’4 200 WR Landon Blum 2. 3 ⭐️ 6’2 180 WR Jamir Dean (Dean will be a 4 star when it’s all said and done)

@YaronWeitzman What do you mean “Thanks for Maxey delaying his extension” lmao. It was not his choice. They never offered it, explained way, and he was a good solider about it

Some quick early thoughts on the Sixers and Morey “parting ways”: - Morey deserves a ton of credit for nailing his draft picks (Maxey, McCain, VJ). -The PG signing obviously hasn’t gone well, but it’s important to remember the Sixers had a use-it-or-lose-it max cap slot thanks to Maxey delaying his extension. -One thing Morey did exceptionally well in Houston was finding undervalued role players (PJ Tucker being the classic example). He never really replicated that in Philly. - The Embiid extension was bad. But I also think it was more complicated than people want to admit. Once the Sixers gave PG that deal, it would’ve been difficult to deny Embiid his extension without seriously upsetting him. And remember, this was a point when the organization, and most of the public, believed the team was a legitimate title contender. - Last but not least: the McCain trade! I know many people think it was mainly about ducking the tax, and maybe that was part of it, but I actually think it had more to do with how Morey evaluated McCain as a player. Like he said publicly, he believed he was selling high. And I have a feeling we’re going to learn that everything surrounding the deal — the backlash, McCain’s playoff performance, etc — played a major role in this decision. - The idea that it's Bob Myers finding a replacement for Daryl Morey is just kind of weird. It's like one more blow to the head of Daryl from the Steph Warriors.

@Sam_Vecenie His relationship soured with every star on the team since he took over except maybe Maxey….. Ben, Jo and Harden all hate him

And I think at the end of the day, when it comes to having a president of basketball operations who can pivot out of this Philly situation, I think I would just have bet on Morey to figure it out over the other potential options on the market.

Think the Sixers' issues were way more than Daryl Morey's roster decisions. From consistent tax avoidance screaming ownership to some coaching decisions, not sure I totally get Morey being out.

This is an absurd partisan take. Iran is able to drag this out and gain leverage because of useLESS idiots rooting for failure here. It's been all of 10 weeks. We've had remarkably few casualties. Any "defeat" at this stage is self inflicted.

The U.S. is effectively checkmated in Iran—and this defeat will carry lasting consequences unlike any America has endured before, Robert Kagan argues. theatlantic.com/international/…

@earlboykins I mean it sucks but they knew it would be a coin flip when they made the trade. They need a center next year, and Zubac is pretty damn good.

As someone who’s been to @BillSimmons home and watched games with him and is in a text thread with a bunch of ringer staffers where we talk about games together, I can assure you guys, Bill IS watching these games. Besides the mistake didn’t change the point he was making. He’s NOT a box score watcher……..I just don’t think people realize how tough podcasting is and that anyone can make a mistake or have brain fart, even a GOAT like Bill who has 50 million things on his plate from running a company, being exec, doing a bunch of pods and having a family. He’s allowed to make a mistake.
