Time lost from, for example, developing an adult female pelvic girdle (important for carrying a pregnancy), can’t be regained once it’s lost.

You seem to be arguing these children *can be* fertile as long as they aren’t on a blocker, which is not in dispute. The point is they are on it and stay on it

Fertility develops patients when they stop taking puberty blockers unless another intervention takes place.
