@Cigna I am sick of receiving letters like this - every year it’s at least one provider who I’m not sure I can continue to see because of Cigna. This time it’s my PRIMARY CARE doctor and my orthopedic for my chronic spine condition. Do better.

@SEPTA_SOCIAL 45 northbound bus was 15 min late and then just did not stop for two passengers waiting at bus stop at 11th and wolf. Wasn’t full. Around 5:12/5:13. Philadelphians can’t afford to keep taking ride shares or being late to work due to unreliable service.

@SEPTA_SOCIAL I’m devastated to see that 45 northbound is detoured another 2 months. This has been pushed back and back and it’s never ending. The detours on South Philly busses are unrelenting. Can we advocate for limiting construction that blocks all busses in a neighborhood?

@SEPTA_SOCIAL As far as I know the construction is on one block, 11th between Ritner and Porter. So why is service on 11th completely rerouted south of Passyunk? Seems like the reroute could be shortened. :)

@SEPTA @SEPTA_SOCIAL I think it’s already delayed. Waiting 15 min here at walnut locust and there were a lot of people on southbound platform when I got here. Friendly suggestion to update the alerts so people can plan accordingly.
