Climb to Glory I used to hesitate to use the block button, as I theoretically believe that everyone has something to add. My theory was wrong 🤷‍♂️

@TheUnCommonEra @ItIsHoeMath Oh it's imperative that one never treat any individual differently based on averages, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't observe and averages or potentially even shape larger society wide policies based upon them.

@JGalt1990 @ItIsHoeMath Based on averages, yes. But as an unaverage man who rings from the edge of damn near every bell curve, I avoid assumptions. And bingo.

When 3rd worlders call Americans "dumb," what they usually mean is "didn't do something evil when you had the opportunity." Like those "honor system" food stands out in rural areas, where the sign says "please put cash in the box." They'll just steal from those and say you're "dumb" for letting them. You know, like psychopaths! This is because they don't have access to higher levels of thought. They've never actually had the idea of "do the right thing because I should." They only know "avoid punishment." And by very very far, most of the newcomers are limited to this style of thinking.

@TheUnCommonEra @ItIsHoeMath I think that we could subdivide groups that are more prone and less prone to violating their neighbor anywhere, especially in America. There is a reason you don't see honor system vegetable tables in urban centers. I agree that the American/non-American distinction prob isnt it.

@JGalt1990 @ItIsHoeMath Very valid distinction. "An analogy is like state interference: it wont actually work." But also objectively wrong is collective judgement and imperial supremacy; NPCism (avoiding punishment) impacts humanity equally, Americans arent special, and foreigners aren't more prone.

@TheUnCommonEra @ItIsHoeMath Yeah...but paying taxes is objectively wrong. You can't compare these two situations. Not stealing from your neighbor is very different from not allowing the collective to steal from you.

@ItIsHoeMath Remind me why Americans pay taxes again? Is it because they support pedophiles and illegal wars, or is it to avoid punishment?

“Trump’s the first president in history that hasn’t had a [nomination] adopted by this point in his presidency either by unanimous consent or voice. Not a single one.” - Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) But as usual, it’s politics over country with Cuck Schumer.

@Alineofmine @live_free_603 Yeah... always have, that's how rights work. That's part of what makes "feminism" such an insidious and stupid notion.

@ScotchNot @davec_NH Oh no doubt. When over 10% of the population is getting their food for "free," the government is effectively bidding up the price of a scare resource. Same problem in "healthcare."

@davec_NH I am starting to think the massive number of people on ebt/food stamps is partly driving the inflation cost of food. I spent over $400 this week on a family of five at the grocery store

@davec_NH I actually think the bigger problem is the non freeloaders that watch it happen and give up on the system or the concept of an honest dealing with said system...

@RhondaMart6022 @Ross_Berry You're stating your opinion of NH... You shouldn't present your opinion as a "clear fact." In terms of it being your home, fair enough. But, what state is doing "it" better that we should emulate...? And agreed, I don't think NH is perfect, so I also hope things get better.

"Most places in America could learn a lot from New Hampshire. It has the lowest public corruption in the nation, according to this conviction metric. And—perhaps not coincidentally—it is the freest state in the nation with one of the smallest governments."
