@jamesheathers @ZenoSerban I can do this. The sensation starts at the back of my skull. I can willfully trigger whatever causes it, sending a flood of energy throughout my body. The energy causes the goosebumps. Just as I can trigger it, I can release it. When I do, the energy fades, as do the goosebumps.
