Yup.
High school coaches (varsity head coach, JV, freshman, volunteer) cannot coach their players during the school year and outside the sports season. AAU, training academy, club, private lessons, etc.
Only exception is for your own child.

It’s a very simple rule to follow. This is not just a baseball problem either, there are a lot of assistants, head coaches, coaching players right now in AAU and it goes unreported. WIAA made it clear to updated language to any coach associated with the program. ⬇️
