@snaxeyyt @MattVerderame @ArrowheadAddict I can’t speak about Allen yet. I did like Fields after guys like Boston and feel like that remains a hole in wr roster.. an X receiver. A guy that wins with size and catch radius and hands. Allen seems like more of the same. What about Royals? I’ll be watching him soon I hope.

Fans complain about not beating man coverage all the time, so Allen solves that problem as he’s easily top 5 in this class at that. I think Veach walked out with a great group and like they went against their norms

The Chiefs are basically telling you the defense was slow and unathletic last year. Every guy they've taken so far is an athlete who can move in space. Can't say it's a bad strategy. Might have landed four guys who will make an instant impact.

@snaxeyyt @MattVerderame @ArrowheadAddict For the Chiefs best results..I hope you and Veach are correct. Does missing out on either Fields at 74 or taking the trade down from the Giants that Cleveland took impact.. cause Delane/Thomas is up against that as well to some degree. Yes?

@JJPJ86 @MattVerderame @ArrowheadAddict Bain vs Thomas isnt an argument I like Bain better, but I would rather have Delane/Thomas than Bain/Hood. Ill also say I like Thomas pass rush profile just as much as Bain plus maybe higher potential with the Bonitto archetype

@snaxeyyt @MattVerderame @ArrowheadAddict And I say this as someone who didn’t want Bain because of that physical profile fit. But.. IF.. if you’re gonna switch it up and go with an undersized edge.. Bain > Thomas and it doesn’t really feel close at all.

@snaxeyyt @MattVerderame @ArrowheadAddict First.. not the typical Spags edge they almost always are closer to 260 than 240. He’s a short armed (like Bain) tiny hands, underweight, kinda short guy. None of his measurables work in his favor. They are trying something different.. I’d argue that should’ve been Bain instead.

@snaxeyyt @MattVerderame @ArrowheadAddict I meant it pretty loosely in that they’re both size compromised edges in some manner. And that of the two.. the Bain version of size compromised edges would be far more favorable.

@Chief_Bearcat I disagree about the coach. I think they had little to no connection with the WR coach formerly there and it showed in the details. I actually do expect him to make a difference.

Simply just not going to be able to address both holes at WR or Edge with a starter level player now and no i dont think a new WR coach is magically going to make Worthy or Rice good at beating man.
