@EBoKnowss As a baseball casual, this is actually infuriating. Does he not understand how it comes across? He could have been a hero and demanded to pitch, asking for forgiveness instead of permission.
English

Skubal doing this while never being able to pitch 1 inning sucks
Top 9, tie game, and we can’t count on the best lefty in baseball to get 3 outs for his country

@Loki_Helmsdeep @overton_news As an outsider reading your comment - I'd tend to disagree. And may want to check in with God on his ideas about treating others. But we can agree to disagree. Cheers, fella 👍
English

@JKMKSCI @overton_news Thank you for the well wishes, however they come late as I'm already happy. God has granted me a wonderful life that I appreciate and Praise him for on a daily basis. I hope you find happiness like I have at some point in your life as well!!

Stephen A. Smith nearly blows a gasket reacting to Kamala Harris’ “I told you so” comments at Jesse Jackson’s memorial.
“It’s PISSING ME OFF!”
SMITH: “But the Kamala Harris thing…I am going to tell ya’ll right now I’m on the verge one of these days, real soon of blowing a gasket.”
“If I see…that lady…figuratively speaking in our face one more time talking about she told us so.”
“It’s pissing me off!”
“Because it’s implying that we didn’t support her. Nearly 75 million people voted for her. You had 107 day campaign…75 million people almost showed up to vote for you.”
“You had a BILLION and half dollars to spend!”
“We supported you! Why are you sitting at a memorial service in a church with nothing but Black people around you, talking to us about you told us so?!”
“Like we didn’t support you! I voted for her. Most Black folks voted for her. What are you talking about?!”
“We supported you when you didn’t necessarily earn our support.”
“You didn’t go through a primary.”
“You didn’t gallivant around the country earning our vote, knocking door to door.”
“You didn’t do that.”
“You bypassed the primary. You were HANDED presidential nomination for the Democratic Party once Biden stepped down!”

I don't care about your opinion whatsoever, you can think I'm Superman that has never done something wrong in their entire life, or you can think I'm a space alien that shape-shifted to look like a human and am maliciously conspiring to conquer Earth, I don't care whatsoever.
The dude didn't "change his opinion", he had that same opinion BEFORE voting for failed Border Czar Kamala and STILL voted for her. He's a dope 100%, a phony AF dope, most people in positions like him are too.
English

@Loki_Helmsdeep @overton_news Just saying - this is the same line of thinking and public opinion that turns indepedent voters away from progressives. You are both the same.
English

@JKMKSCI @overton_news He had the opinion before the Election and STILL voted for failed Border Czar Kamala. That's why, dudes a fake AF dope.
English

@Loki_Helmsdeep @overton_news Why would you criticize him for showing that he's capable of changing his opinion? It's this type of reaction that simply hurts Republicans.
English

@overton_news Dude is a complete dope. He talks all that shit and yet admits he STILL Voted for failed Border Czar Kamala. These phony AF people are the absolute worst.
English

@Mohair8455311 @overton_news And he's changed his opinion - I don't understand why Republicans would criticize this. It's so bizarre.
English

@overton_news The sad part is he voted for her only because she was a Democrat. Sad that people vote for someone who they know is worse for the country but do it anyways.
English

@labRat1361969 @overton_news Or it shows he's capable of changing his opinion. Criticizing him for that is silly.
English

@overton_news This shows how dumb he really is. All his screaming about the left all the time and he still voted for her.
English

@righttimebomani I've always considered Bomani one of - if not the - smartest man in sports media. For me, it's the mix of intellect, lexicon, problem-solving, nuance, and accountability. That said, this thinking is exactly why us Democrats will continue to lose. Why can no one see it?
English

@jackunheard I'm a Democrat. But I know Marco Rubio would win in a landslide. Any Democrat that argues otherwise isn't being logical.
English

@lovesenlongtime @RogueOverton @RedWavePress Preaching to the choir. Good ideas are good ideas - I don't care who came up with them. I think both sides just really underestimate the amount of credibility that can be gained (by respectfully giving props to the other side) or lost (lashing out with no logic or defensibility).
English

@lovesenlongtime @RogueOverton @RedWavePress I'm left of center, and couldn't agree more. My basic test - if you're a person who can say, "I don't agree, but let's hear more" - or "I don't know enough about that" - or "I've never thought about it like that" - or "I didn't love that from my party" - you have my respect.
English

Sean Hannity: “You wanna know why I’m a Republican? Because you can’t screw up more than your buddy Gavin Newsom. I notice he’s not coming on your show.”
Stephen A. Smith: “Not yet.”
Sean Hannity: “Not yet? I’ve been in a big fight with Gavin... Oh, guess why he ain’t coming.”
Stephen A. Smith: “You know I’m gonna ask him what needs to be asked.”
Sean Hannity: “Well, because you laid out for him what you’re gonna ask to him. And guess what? He doesn’t want to answer those questions. By the way, I won’t take sh*t from him. And I, by the way, I live rent-free in that man’s head, he can’t stop from attacking me.”
Stephen A. Smith: “Well, I’m going to say something that’s going to get me in trouble, but I don’t care: I will defend you to the hill against Gavin Newsom for one reason and one reason only, that debate that he had against Governor DeSantis, you could not have been more fair.”
Sean Hannity: “I was fair.”
Stephen A. Smith: “I’m saying you could not have been more fair because remember you and I talked before that day and I was like, since we want to reveal our text messages, before the debate I was like: ‘Be fair. Be fair!’”
Sean Hannity: “Your career’s on the line, that’s what you told me.”
Stephen A. Smith: “I said, ‘The country is watching, you gotta be fair.’ I said, ‘You gotta strip yourself from the favoritism role and you gotta go down the middle and give him the platform’ and what did I say to you after the debate was over?”
Sean Hannity: “You said, uh, I shocked the sh*t out of you.”
Stephen A. Smith: “‘You shocked the sh*t out of me,’ I said, ‘I can’t believe it.’ I said you were fair. And I was like, that’s all you needed to do.”

@RogueOverton @RedWavePress I can understand how one gets there. But I'll never understand friends and family breaking up. It's so silly.
My Grandmother had some "Woah, don't say that" opinions. I'd never be like, "I can't do this anymore, Grandma. You're done."
English

@JKMKSCI @RedWavePress I totally get that. I used to be a Democrat but left the party a few years ago. I lost a ton of friends. It's a classic story.
At this point I think the Democrats are insane.

English

@RogueOverton @RedWavePress I've always been a Democrat - and I couldn't agree more. It's honestly so refreshing. Between USA Hockey, Iran, Fetterman, Jesse Jackson's Funeral, etc. over the past two weeks - I've found I can't even talk to "Dems". Unless I share the same exact opinion, I'm a "terrible human"
English

@RedWavePress It’s nice to see a normal liberal and a normal conservative having a discussion without the presence of an extremist from either side.
English

@EYakoby I've voted Democrat my entire life. But I'm the same as Stephen A. Smith. There are two Democratic parties nowadays - one logical and one emotional. I don't think progressives understand how many left-leaning, moderate, and independent voters are turned off by emotional Dems.
English

@thegoatedtip @HeidiOCanada I don't disagree - I guess my point is, that shouldn't matter. I don't care who it is - I'm not going to defend or support it, and I'm going to call it out. Because now there are people out there that actually think it's okay to ignore a family's wishes if "you think it's right"
English

@JKMKSCI @HeidiOCanada Trump has pulled this type of bs everywhere though and no one seems to shit on him enough for it ngl
English

@GrandePapiCam @KnowlesYves @HeidiOCanada Because I tried over and over again yesterday to have conversations about it. I've yet to find another Democrat that actually answers my question of why it wasn't wrong, and shouldn't be called out - they just respond with something mean. It's all emotion and zero logic.
English

@JKMKSCI @KnowlesYves @HeidiOCanada "Im too tired of explaining" but bitching "No one wants a conversation" hilarious
English

@neodyn6 @renayyy__ @dilemmv @CDelaina12627 By the way - Democrats used to criticize Republicans for being too extreme, unwilling to budge or admit to wrongs, and a lack of basic empathy and logic. I miss those Democrats.
English

@JKMKSCI @renayyy__ @dilemmv @CDelaina12627 You magats are doing a TON of stretching of his words to fit your narrative. Do you even understand what words mean lmaoooo man get tf outta here with that.
English

@neodyn6 @renayyy__ @dilemmv @CDelaina12627 I've voted Democrat my entire life. I can send you my voter registration. There is no stretching of words here - he specifically called out three individuals. You can't really believe what you're saying, right?
