@SouthwestAir You guys royally f’d up! I hv a case w/ 2 guitars in it. The outside was very damp. But I took the guitars out when I got home & they are both soaked! It’s like someone took them out of the case in the rain & put them back in. What the hell is going on in KC? Hopefully not ruined

@JLBass51 We regret learning of any continued frustrations, Joe. Bags must be uncovered during the loading and unloading process, so we regret that your bag was wet upon arrival. Keeping bags under the tarp should always be a priority, but we regret falling short this time. -Austin

Thanks again for the horribe baggage handlers @SouthwestAir first you #destroy a custom $2K guitar & give us 0 help. Now our bags are left out in the rain in Kansas City & the bass guitar bag is still soaked after a 3hr flight. Terrible customer service!!
