@ToffeeWeb Faded.
Overall it’s an improvement and generally no lack of effort. But we’re pretty average and some of the sides who got Europe ahead of us should make the club think hard about just how much progress we need to make.
English

@MattJFootball May as well play some players with something to prove and see what they can do. Our whole right side is made up of players out of position half the time. It’s totally bonkers not to try something here in a free hit. Being this pathetic actually feels damaging.

Have you ever seen a more on-the-beach team in your life? #EFC

@ElBobble 🥱 boring at this point. Surely worth giving a couple of others a go and freshening it up.

❓Did you know that Sussex is a key centre for international diplomacy?
Our Head of Comms @JLTPearson explains why we're celebrating the region we call home.

@MattJFootball 3-2 Palace in extra time - feels scripted now 🫣

Does feel like the worst thing Everton can do at times is go ahead. They really don’t know what to do with a lead #EFC

Was great to host Mickey and the team at @WiltonPark this week 👇🏻

It's no secret that the government is planning to make some big changes to how young people live online The question is, who's influencing the changes that they will make? Sky's Mickey Carroll looks at the discussions with tech bosses so far and the possible changes.

Palmerston was a frequent visitor to the comms team and was adept at following protocol. A very good boy indeed.

Palmerston@DiploMog
Palmerston, Diplocat extraordinaire, passed away peacefully on 12 February. “Palmy” was a special member of the Government House team in Bermuda, and a much loved family member. He was a wonderful companion, with a gentle nature, and will be sorely missed.

@MattJFootball Can’t remember a worse half in a long time. Tactically completely outdone, overloaded and losing nearly every second ball. Staggering that we didn’t make any tweaks during the opening 20 mins.
English

Plenty of competition but that’s comfortably the worst half they’ve played at the new ground.
Tactically outsmarted and physically bossed. Dreadful #EFC
English

@Paddy_Boyland It does raise the question of why we haven’t made any tactical changes in game here. Even if it was just sitting Armstrong further back, or swapping the wingers over. Literally no tactical response so far.
English

@TacticallyMatt Would be nice if we could win a second ball. That midfield is getting the run around and looks tame.

@LeletiLente @JacquiOatley Yes I think you can accidently grab it. Doesn’t mean it’s right but like much contact and activity in football, not everything is fully intended.
English

@JLTPearson @JacquiOatley Someone can pull another's hair accidentally?
