@Hania16836 I’ve traveled abroad. The US has a severe over tipping issue. COVID drove tipping up because we felt bad for those that worked when many could stay home. It hasn’t come down. Trust me. It’s not just the US that has “underpaid” employees.

Kaleb and I went out for dinner last night and I left a $20 tip on a $125 bill. The waiter didn't take it well and told us we shouldn't be going out to eat if we can't afford to tip at least 50. Now we're wondering if $20 isn't really enough.

@skumWgmi 55 and have a nice house, travel, and will retire at 62 with house paid off. I had debt and loans. If my 20yr old kids think they can have the same life at 22 that I have at 55…..they will be very disappointed or have a lot of debt. Patience and live within means.

Rent is $1,900. I have $4,000 in savings. I didn't say anything. I passed the rolls. But here's what i wanted to say: Your pension was defunded by lobbyists your generation elected. Your social security is solvent because mine is still paying in. Your houseis worth $800,000 because mine costs $600,000. You didn't build differently. You just got there first.
