If the #Patriots have a handshake agreement in place with the Eagles for AJ Brown, the way they maneuver the draft could be telling. How New England approaches the WR position would of course be the biggest indicator, but trading back for future picks would be notable as well.

Former Buccaneers free-agent CB Kindle Vildor is signing a one-year deal with the New England Patriots, per his agents Kevin Conner and Robert Brown of @unisportsmgmt.

Louisville WR Chris Bell, who was widely considered a top-20 pick before suffering an ACL injury in November, is progressing ahead of schedule and is now running and jumping. Teams are intrigued by his unique skill set at 6’2.5”, 225 lbs, and in-game GPS tracked him at low 4.3 speed in full pads. Bell already has visits scheduled with 13 teams (and has completed four) and is expected to be fully cleared by training camp, and chance of being first-round pick is still real.
