@PetSmart just had our dog groomed with you 1st time and pretty unhappy. Dissatisfied with the misleading prices when booking grooming. I paid 70 when the booking said I was paying 25. No notice of an “base” price. Also, they did not wash my dog’s belly. He is still dirty 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
