@British_Airways Hi Jo, thank you! I have messaged, I’ve taken 4 BA flights since mid July and this has happened every single time, so you can understand it is a little upsetting. Once it was also by mistake and the flight ended up being empty! Aware it can happen but it shouldn’t be the rule.

My supposed to be overhead cabin bag always ends up getting checked in, you need to do better @British_Airways! Or are you going to reimburse me the middle of the night transport cause I had to wait for over half an hour for my bag and missed all trains home? It’s just bad!

Anyone else keep feeling Liam’s death in waves? One minute I’m broken, the next I’m numb, the next I’m disassociating as if this isn’t real, then back to being broken.
