He is a swordsman with Good haki. And he's the only one, we have other swordsman with good haki like Reyleigh, Roger, Rocks, Zoro etc....

It isn’t defined that way in canon. It’s a swordsmanship benchmark title. Shanks being a swordsman doesn’t automatically erase how the story frames him differently at the top tier level.
