@ukhomeoffice how do I escalate the failings of @HM_Passport to you. Due to multiple failings I made a complaint. The logged complaint was 7 weeks ago and still when I call, I cannot speak to anybody about it. Their processes are broken and failing.
@HM_Passport Your poor process is beyond compare. You fail to follow your own process for notifying me that you or @RoyalMail lost my passport - 2 weeks that my passport could've been used by a criminal. Repeated requests for an "Examiner" to call me with no escalation process.

@HM_Passport My wife and I sent our passports off on Tuesday - hers to Hemel Hempstead, mine to Corby. Wednesday, she's notified of receipt. Thursday she's notified her passport will be delivered Friday. I've heard nothing. Corby is underperforming. League tables anyone?

Your customer service is terrible. Mohit has given terrible customer service today after Evri failed to deliver. They claim incorrect address even though have drivers here before.

@BulkOfficial I’m a longtime supporter of Bulk products but no more. I paid for next day delivery which did not arrive yesterday. You can’t call Bulk and their customer service hasn’t responded to email/chat. Evri automated response just says we can’t deliver and to contact Bulk
@MrFluffyFriend1 your customer service is shocking. Tracking shows my order hasn’t moved since 1 December. Your customer service keeps telling me to look at tracking and is not chasing courier. Can’t call you to discuss because you have no contact number!!
@ouraring I’ve been waiting three months for my Gen 3 ring and you keep asking me to confirm my address. Some technology company you are! Once upon a time you had good customer service!
