Terra Luna vs. STRC There are still scars from Terra Luna. Yield Bearing stable coins were the promise of the 2021 cycle. The problem: They were not backed by collateral assets, they were backed by net new inflows. The solution: Back the yielding stable coin with high performance collateral i.e. Bitcoin. Ultimately someone has to be willing to bear the risk for the yield to accrue to the stable coin holder. In the case of Strategy, MSTR holders are willing to take on the risk of 10% annual dividend obligations in order to maintain the leveraged exposure to the underlying Bitcoin asset. The STRC holders benefit from the willingness of MSTR holders to pay the dividend outlays, which fund their yield. Why is this possible: Again this only works because of the Bitcoin collateral backing which supports both pieces of the equity capitals structure. Without the collateral, outflows from either MSTR or STRC would be catastrophic. We saw this specifically with Terra and Luna. The lack of collateral meant that there was no true intrinsic value which could be realized on the open market for either asset. The result was that outflows destroyed the capitalization of both assets. Strategy's capital structure is built on permanent Bitcoin capital and outflows cannot force the liquidation of the collateral which backs both MSTR and STRC. This was the key unlock, to capitalize on the Bitcoin asset itself, instead of simply relying on net new inflows like in the case of Luna. STRC will be integrated into the entire financial infrastructure as the premier "Stable coin" collateralized and backed by Bitcoin itself. The transparency and liquidity being built in this product will make it the category winner.

@comic @HermesLux The cash on hand came from dilution also. So your point doesn’t make any sense.

MSTR bought another 4,871 BTC; now holds 766,970 BTC, or 3.65% of the total BTC supply: $MSTR ATM = $144M/ 300% $STRK ATM = $0M / 0% $STRF ATM = $0M / 0% $STRD ATM = $0M / 0% $STRC ATM = $329.9M / 70% Total ATM = $473.9M / 100% The $144M in MSTR ATM was used to pay dividends.

Downright bizarre to me that folks think Warsh’s Fed won’t be aggressively cutting because oil is higher. Good luck

@RhoRider Who follows this guy. *He can never lower the “interest rate” (dividend yield), or his ability to raise cash implodes* Man, did you heard about interest rates? Do you think that when interest rates go to 2% he can not lower STRC interest rate and mantain demand?

The $MSTR strategy is actually worse than buying Bitcoin on a maxed out credit card… He can never lower the “interest rate” (dividend yield), or his ability to raise cash implodes He can’t sell BTC to buy back preferreds, or Bitcoin implodes In every scenario, implosion 💥
Rho Rider@RhoRider

⚠️Saylor had to raise yield on $STRC to 11.5% get back to par For comparison, the minimum credit card interest rate is ~13%. The Terra LUNA ponzi yield was 20% when it imploded As liquidity dries up he’ll raise again Its like buying Bitcoin on a permanently maxed out Amex

By 2044, Those who own an entire Bitcoin have essentially secured 100 years worth of labor, #Bitcoin operates without... governing bodies, charismatic figures, institutional funding, management tokens, corporate alliances, lavish headquarters, venture capital support, legal representation, initial mining advantages, or a strategic blueprint. It functions as a self-sustaining asset. For instance, Seeking to confiscate my funds? - You're unable to do so. Wish to restrict my purchases? - I'll proceed regardless. Aiming to devalue my wealth through inflation? - Not feasible. Did you assume that the most significant transfer of wealth in history would occur seamlessly? 🤔 Your time is running out.

#Bitcoin enables focusing on things that truly matter. It is focus that makes time valuable. Time without focus is similar to a car without fuel. Focus serves as the vehicle. Time acts as the expendable fuel. One without the other leads to stagnation. Many of you have time. You simply lack the mechanism to render it valuable. "Life" is exceedingly "brief". Don't waste it, extend it!

I am a saver, not an investor. I’m probably outperforming the top investors, while working. It’s not hard. Just save in #Bitcoin. It will get intense for those who don't see the lines clearly. This is also the time for DCA into Bitcoin. It will be life-changing if you manage to keep it in a secure cold storage. If you’re not bullish now, you need to revisit the drawing board and study Bitcoin again. Bitcoiners will outperform every hedge fund; that is a wild thing to comprehend, and many will understand this too late.

Fix the money, fix the world. Incentives rule the world, and we need better ones. #Bitcoin literacy offers this. If every human on Earth studied the zero/first principles of Bitcoin, it would literally change the direction of our species towards a closer type of utopia. I firmly believe this. No matter the sector you are in, incentives run the world, and they are extremely misaligned with human life, extension, and fulfillment. Bitcoin fixes this. Change my mind.
