With FSD V14.3 and after, the car consistently moves into the right lanes 2.5 miles before your highway exit. As you can see below, the moment the car is under 2.5 miles from the exit, it turns on the blinker. I have been able to consistently repeat this. With previous versions of FSD, it would often wait until the last minute. No more anxiety from last second exit merging lol. (video sped up)
Sawyer Merritt@SawyerMerritt

Here's my first drive on Tesla FSD V14.3.1. It feels polished vs 14.3 and it my opinion is ready for wide release. • With 14.3.1, you can now tap on the new "P" parking icon and bring up your different parking options • Mad Max mode on the highway feels slightly more conservative with top speed (favors low 80s more often), but will now get to the right lanes sooner to prepare for exiting the highway. In this first drive, Mad Max did not go above 83mph, despite no cars around me most of the time. Follow distance is also more comfortable. I like all these things. • I'm having zero brake stabbing issues on 14.3.1, whereas I had a couple on my first drive with 14.3 • Urban lane selection is better vs 14.3 • Navigation routes and occasional parking alignment still need some work, but that's not a reason to hold back wide release. It still surprises me how much quicker V14.3 reacts to things. If a car pulls out of a parking spot as you drive by, FSD hits the brakes before you even know what's going on. The 20% better reaction time is definitely noticeable.

@Z06Z07 Nope it’s still off because they aren’t making .10 per $1. That would mean they are making 10% from a 1% move. The easier way to display would be using # of strc shares instead of $ amount. For every 1 share they make .10 cents from 99.90 back to 100.

@FearedBuck At least he owned up, apologized, and took the video down but an apology doesn’t undo that kind of damage. False accusations like that can stick forever.

Vitaly issues an apology after a p—phile sting gone wrong, where they repeatedly accused the wrong man of being a p—phile. “My team and I mistakenly portrayed Akash Singhania as a child pred*tor. This was a mistake that I deeply regret. He never intended to meet a minor and has been cleared of all wrongdoing. I apologize to Mr. Singhania, his family, his friends, and anyone else affected by this mistake. To be clear, the work we do to expose predatory behavior is of the utmost importance, but in doing so, we cannot lose sight of the truth. I have removed the video from all my accounts, and I ask that anyone who has saved it please do the same. Though I never encourage anyone to attempt to contact any person in my videos, I ask that anyone who is attempting to contact Mr. Singhaniacease at once. This was a learning experience for my team and me, and we will ensure that we remain committed to the truth, as we always have.” (via: Vitaly on Kick)

Strategy (MSTR) Preferred Dividend Burn Math. The Bottom Line: At its current growth rate, Strategy will exhaust its $2.25B preferred dividend reserve in 9 to 10 months. If ATM issuance continues compounding at this pace, dividend obligations will hit nearly $700 Billion in 2.5 years. Even if the $MSTR share price skyrockets back to its previous all-time high of $543, the company would still have to dilute common shareholders by nearly 400% just to pay the preferred yields. Here is the exact math using official SEC filings and live corporate dashboards. 1/ The Starting Line Feb 5, 2026: Q4 Earnings 8-K announced a $2.25B USD Reserve (effective Feb 1) to fund "2.5 years" of preferred dividends. Today is April 13, 71 days later. 2/ STRC Variable Burn STRC obligations grow dynamically via ATM issuance. •Feb 1: $3.4B Notional at 11.25% yield = $1,047,945/day. •April 13: $6.357B Notional at 11.50% yield = $2,003,142/day. •71-Day Average Cost: $1,525,543/day. Total STRC burned: $108.31M. 3/ Fixed Preferred Burn Based on Form 424B5 and Q4 filings: •STRE: ~$716.8M USD notional at 10% = $196,383/day. •STRD: $292.4M notional at 10% = $80,109/day. •STRF: $202.6M notional at 10% = $55,506/day. •STRK: $50.0M notional at 8% = $10,958/day. Total Fixed Burn ($342,956/day * 71 days): $24.35M. 4/ Remaining Cash Reserve Starting Reserve: $2,250,000,000 Less STRC Burn: -$108,310,000 Less Fixed Burn: -$24,350,000 Current Reserve: $2,117,340,000 ($2.117B). 5/ Exponential Depletion STRC grew from $3.4B to $6.357B in 71 days (86.9% absolute growth). Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR): (6.357 / 3.4) ^ (30 / 71) - 1 = 30.06% monthly compounding. If 30.06% growth continues, starting with today's $71.36M monthly burn and $2.117B reserve: •Month 1: $71.3M burn ($2.04B left) •Month 4: $144.5M burn ($1.69B left) •Month 7: $305.7M burn ($933M left) •Month 9-10: Reserve exhausted. 6/ Cost to Regain 2.5-Year Runway What is the cost to refill a 30-month reserve? •Static (Stop Issuance): 30 months requires $2.14B. With $2.117B left, the deficit is $23.8M. Requires issuing 183k common shares at $130. •Dynamic (30.06% Growth Continues): The sum of 30 months of compounding dividend obligations is $699.7B ($699.4B STRC + $0.3B Fixed). Deficit: $697.6 Billion. 7/ The Price Target Illusion Strategy bulls will argue that the share price will be much higher by then, making the dilution negligible. Let's run the math on raising that $697.6 Billion deficit against a current float of roughly 333 Million outstanding shares. Here is the exact dilution required to pay the 30-month dividend bill at higher price targets: •At $130/share: 5.36 Billion shares issued (1,609% dilution) •At $200/share: 3.48 Billion shares issued (1,045% dilution) •At $300/share: 2.32 Billion shares issued (696% dilution) •At $400/share: 1.74 Billion shares issued (522% dilution) •At $500/share: 1.39 Billion shares issued (417% dilution) •At $543/share (Previous ATH): 1.28 Billion shares issued (386% dilution) Conclusion: Even in a hyper-bull scenario where MSTR reclaims its previous ATH of $543 per share, maintaining this 30% monthly ATM growth rate requires nearly quadrupling the outstanding share count just to pay the preferred dividends. If ATM issuance halts, Bitcoin accumulation stops. If issuance continues, the math dictates hyper-dilution regardless of the stock price. Unless he starts selling their BTC in which case the narrative and model collapses… It seems a vast majority of MSTR shareholders don’t understand what they’re cheering for. From a common shareholders perspective, $STRC should not be viewed as Digital Credit, but rather Digital Kamikaze….

Saylor has lost it with this logic. He has now issued $10b+ of preferred stock at 10-11.5% and has capacity to issue $25b more. That means a dividend bill of $1-4b EVERY YEAR on a software business that makes no cash. He has pre-funded some of this bill for the next year by issuing common stock - but with the amount of preferred shares printed each week this is going to run out. The only option for this capital structure long term is either issuing $1-4b of common stock every year, turning off the dividend or selling BTC. This is now a timebomb.
Michael Saylor@saylor

Our BTC Breakeven ARR is ~2.05%. If Bitcoin grows faster than that over time, we can cover our dividends indefinitely without issuing new $MSTR shares. Track it in real time on our site. $STRC

I think its disingenuous to declare strategy has two options if they are unable to sell any more common stock or preferred stock. Traditional financing, another convertible loan, selling options, lending out bitcoin, and on and on. They have many options before selling Bitcoin. Many that I cannot even think of.

@wokerandomism @TesDrivenAI @Tesla_AI That’s also not correct. I will have 30 dings in a ride. But it’ll make you put pressure on the steering wheel every few dings. If you avoid that then it’ll require you take over, but still no strike. It’s only if you avoid the take over for a period of time that you get one.

My 36 year old best friend has half a bitcoin on exchange. He bought at 126k…using $60k of debt. Two lines of credit. Credit score…just over 700. Now his mortgage refinance is coming up next year. And the bank might force his hand. Sell the bitcoin, improve his credit score and secure a lower rate OR hold the bitcoin, risk a worse rate with a B lender, and keep the upside. Two completely different futures. He’s asking me for advice on what to do. What would you tell him if you were me?
