@WestminsterWAG You only have to look at what happens when a collision occurs on one carriageway and everyone else travelling the other way has to slow to gawp causing unnecessary collisions. Same principle here.

@Rookieresponder Its tough. First team 21 yrs ago. Just 12 of us. Went out all the time. But then we all moved. People moved out of the area as they got families and couldn’t afford to live in. But remember they are family. Will alway be there for you when needed.

@obbsie @HMICFRS It's not thousands - I have read majority of the report & it doesn't say that - 700 cases reviewed - a survey of 11,000 police staff. They didn't uncover 'thousands' of corrupt officers & corrupt means something very different.

Just been on Talk TV; I can sympathise with the lad who has his finger in the dyke. This is the clickbait; the word 'THOUSANDS' is headlining all over the place. @HMICFRS could & should have seen the dangers here. Good, trustworthy officers are now at even greater risk.

@Sahara88uk Stress imho triggered my UC. As in I probably had the genes/cells dormant in my body beforehand. But a massive life change in career bought on stress and then I became Ill.

Have you identified what triggers an #IBD flare for you? When I say triggers, I mean, can make you go from being in remission to actually flaring, not which foods might cause you abdominal pain etc due to previous disease/adhesions/strictures etc. For me, it is definitely stress!
