A new paper of mine is out! It's on the benefits of cardiac rehabilitation in people with heart disease, namely how cardiac rehab can keep people out of the hospital and enjoying life.

Most people with CVD live with multiple conditions, increasing complexity and fragmented care. The WHF Roadmap calls for integrated, people-centred care. Key data: • 76% take ≥5 meds • 64% report fragmented systems • Only 9% have integrated tools Integrated care is essential for better outcomes and sustainable systems.
