@British_Airways Why would they spend a day trying to get through with no success and miss more flights and time with their grandchild in Australia? You don’t have enough customer service reps to cover all the bad service.

@British_Airways cancelled my parents flight to Sydney after causing them to miss their first flight with a delay. No news provided and no options given. Parents in their 70’s, confused and tired. Need some information and solution asap pls.

@British_Airways Since my parents are in their 70’s they don’t use Twitter. They cannot get through to anyone on the phone and the customer services desk at Heathrow provided nothing better than call the helpline… how would you suggest they contact you?
