This polling shows how tough it is to cut through to the British public, and how few are paying attention especially in the middle of a parliamentary term! Among the answers given when people were shown Ed Davey was "Bruce Willis". Multiple people wrote 'Rachel Reeves' for Kemi Badenoch. Someone wrote "idk but she prettyyyy". Someone thought Zack Polanski was Westminster journalist @JAHeale. Rupert Lowe, the least recognised leader, was mistaken for Ed Balls, Wes Streeting, and - most commonly - Nigel Farage. @JLPartnersPolls 5,000 sample poll for @gbnews

NEW: How many people really know who the UK party leaders are? We ran a representative poll of 5,000 British adults and showed them pictures of the main party leaders and asked them to identify them. Starmer and Farage top the poll, while only 12% know Rupert Lowe 👇

Emily Thornberry deep in the weeds of the old Labour attack unit. McSweeney already said he recommended Mandelson and was wrong to do so. This seems very like a critical deep dive into the Starmer machine by someone who was denied a job by the PM

Arguably Starmer’s worst move to date. Will cost a fortune, take years, produce blunders meaning people can’t check into hotels etc. It’ll be vulnerable to hacking, power cuts, foreign sabotage. All businesses will need new expensive readers. And it won’t stop illegals.

BREAKING: Digital ID to be made law for all adults in the UK. The proposals are the government's latest attempt to tackle illegal immigration, with the ID serving as a form of proof of the right to live and work in the UK. @MhariAurora reports. trib.al/ccTgxuY

"I have seen the horrific video of a beautiful, young Ukrainian refugee, who came to America to escape the vicious War in Ukraine, and was innocently riding the Metro in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she was brutally ambushed by a mentally deranged lunatic. The perpetrator was a well known career criminal, who had been previously arrested and released on CASHLESS BAIL in January, a total of 14 TIMES. What the hell was he doing riding the train, and walking the streets? Criminals like this need to be LOCKED UP." -@POTUS

@JRyanNews @world_of_pies @RobertJenrick Could you clarify what part is wrong? Based on verified sources, Labour set up a 2025 working group for defining anti-Muslim hatred, not a specific law. Critics fear free speech impacts. Details: gov.uk, Times (Aug 25), Telegraph (Aug 26).

Freedom of speech means the freedom to criticise. Labour’s proposed ‘Islamophobia law’ would create a two-tier system of religious tolerance, shutting down legitimate criticism of religion. We have to stop this.
