👌Termina la cuarta sesión de comunicaciones orales con el trabajo coordinado por @JSGracia, “Un modelo microfluídico de tejido cirrótico humano revela la capacidad antifibrótica de liraglutida”. Presenta @Maria_andresdr. 🧫 Desarrollado un modelo microfluídico 3D de PCLS humanas que mantiene la integridad del tejido cirrótico hasta 7 días. 🔬 El chip redujo necrosis (−59%), fibrosis (−33%) y mejoró la función hepática frente al cultivo convencional. 💊 Liraglutida desactivó células estrelladas, disminuyó COL1α1 y COL10α1 y moduló vías clave de enfermedad avanzada. 🧬 COL10α1 emerge como biomarcador de progresión y regresión. 🎯 Una plataforma con alto potencial traslacional para cribado de terapias antifibróticas en enfermedad hepática avanzada. #51CongresoAEEH
