@Tesco is it Tesco policy to turn customers away when they try to shop during opening hours? Just been refused entry to your princess street extra branch despite it being before the store closed. Arrived at 22.55

@Keiran_Mark I’m on the side that staff are rotaed in PAST closing times to deal with situations like this. Obviously it gets to a point where you can ask people to pay and leave but there’s no really a justification for turning people away who turn up during opening hours

@JSHiggins_ @Tesco My local Tescos technically closes 15 minutes before the shop is actually closed. Stops new customers entering to do a big shop. You'd be surprised how many people have tried it 😅.
