So how do I get in touch with American Airlines @aa.com??? I waited on the phone for 15 minutes to talk to someone got outsourced to Timbuktu and was told they couldn’t do anything about anything. Then I called the credit card @aa.com clueless

Interesting post from the head of a studio… Or any professional really for that matter. Also, aren’t these recording sessions supposed to be safe spaces? Seems a bit exploitative but I’m sure he got Maria Bakalova’s permission to post… His fans are eating it up though, so 🤷‍♀️

@eon_next I have attempted to pick my new tariff in advance of the renewal date. I've logged into my account to see @eon_next have chosen one for me! I did not want this tariff! I telephone and cannot speak to anyone and now your website isn't letting me log in.

@EE I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. So I will have.No option but to try later. This is not the service I expected. There have been problems with this system since installation.

@EE since getting Digital Voice installed at my father's we have experienced technical issue after technical issue. I have spent nearly 45 minutes on hold. Only to get through and be disconnected after 5 minutes. The ongoing problems have still not been resolved!
