HONEST QUESTION: We hear it declared all the time that "Diversity is our strength" Is it? More options do not necessarily = better options Wouldn't a better mantra be "Let the best option win, no matter where/whom it comes from"? IMO, America's success so far has not been due to the "melting pot" per se, but rather because it didn't discriminate against whomever was putting forth the best idea (i.e., ANYONE could excel, not just a restricted class) To focus on diversity misses the mark. It assumes variety results in better outcomes. It does not necessarily. For example, recruiting shorter people onto your NBA roster for the sake of height diversity will not automatically make the team more competitive -- in fact, quite the opposite. Instead, we should focus on unfettered merit. Performance & ideas from anyone, anywhere should compete, free of bias -- and let the best win out. To those who may be inclined to dredge up the "This is racist!" trope -- it is not. It is the OPPOSITE of racist. It is a source-blind approach that allows ALL to compete, evenly.

These chains exist on hopium. I'm doing a little yield farming but very negative on the L1 tokens. Only thing I'm stacking is monero these days.

Eth was dead in the water until it decided to switch to utxo’s and now they have to reinvent the wheel while Cardano is about to release input endorsers with leios.
