@pawn_sauce @Savageboston Boston's 1sts are pretty useless for that. They will get a premium player though + picks, even if they're not quite tier 1 like JT or JB. They have to sell hope to fans still.

@BitcoinLoki @Savageboston Fair. I think people including yourself are missing the point. If Milwaukee cant build around Giannis, building around Jaylen makes no sense. If they reset, they are trying to maximize 1st round picks & assets. Not necessarily get the best immediate 1sts. Need to think far ahead.

@pawn_sauce @Savageboston OKC, GSW, Portland, Houston, Miami all have several 1sts and plenty of player assets to make a competitive package.
Caveat being that Boston trading JB would by far be the best package, but I'd rather keep JB/JT and sign/trade for a legit PG and legit C.

@4RunnaADA @IOHK_Charles To be fair to Charles here, he is directionally correct. In a perfect world, decentralization is the superior option. But relying on governance for budgeting and development is insane. Need centralized governance to streamline the product development w/o controversy.

Sadly, this is the end result of a piecemeal roadmap. It's an iPhone by committee, with people deciding whether they prefer the fingerprint sensor to wireless charging. You end up with a bizarre, useless product.

I see the IO proposals as a package deal. But by all accounts I see most dreps only voting yes on a small selection of the 9. This is going to lead to some extremely lopsided, fragmented, and piecemeal results that will fall short of what we need on #Cardano $ADA.
