@nypost This is why police are morons. Honestly, the whole thing would have desculated and would have been pretty routine if the police just said she. It's not going to kill you to use the right pronoun. I think the bigots should be punished as much as the suspect if they can't handle it

My wife told me, word for word:

The Florida law is clear. Can use deadly force if a reasonable person would fear they were in danger of IMMINENT death, serious bodily injury or forcible felony. He was unarmed and not threatening her when shot.

She wasn’t even justified in taking out her weapon. Once she did that, the entire situation escalated. You can’t claim self defense if you initiated the conflict OR IF YOU ESCALATED IT.

1. I think the Walmart shooter was wrong and should be prosecuted. 2. I think the Walmart victim was wrong for approaching the woman, particularly a woman with a drawn gun. 3. I'm not sure he knew it was a woman.
