@Blueray825 @StanbicIBTC Legally an application of such should be on Notice and not exparte. It would have given the party concerned to either affirm or react to the misleading facts deposed to in the Affidavit in support of such application. This is absolutely absurd &should be critically addressed.

Hello @StanbicIBTC Issues like this serves as precedent to similar but larger impacts. I know your bank has a right to comply with a valid court order but the process of executing an order must be transparent and blameless and I am not oblivious of how a court order is given effect to. I was surprised when I got a debit notification yesterday of N1,480,000 from @StanbicIBTC with narration “court order for reversal of erroneous Transfer”. I was so sure that I didn’t get any payment in error as I only got value for the crypto asset I sold bonafide . Immediately I contacted my account officer whom I believe should be aware of a court process initiated against me , just like myself , he was surprised as I was the first person informing him of that court action. This particular transaction happened on the 12th of January around 12pm on Monday, the payment was for sale of my digital asset which I executed on Bybit with one Said Usman of @Sterling_Bankng with account number (0077747900) who later claimed to @Sterling_Bankng that he sent money to me in error. This act alone is a criminal act but the bank did not at any time bother to confirm if indeed it was an erroneous transfer before honoring the Order. How he applied for an order, got the court order , served my bank , bank verifying the order and debiting my money without any form of notice of a process initiated against me all between 12 pm on Monday to 11 am on Wednesday 14/jan /2026 raises serious questions on customer's protection and this is a flagrant breach of duty of care owed me by the bank. I was not informed of any court process or action against me that can make me counter a one sided process and I am curious if I buy a car from coscharis motors ,I can simply engage a court and claim I erroneously paid them and the bank will deduct the funds from their account without notifying them. These chain of events raises serious questions that requires immediate answer. I will ensure I see this to a logical conclusion. @thatverydarkmnn @Wizarab10 @Letter_to_Jack @cenbank @officialEFCC @icpcnigeria @akinalabi @B_ELRUFAI @BelloGaladanchi @DanielRegha @YemieFash @lollypeezle @AsakyGRN @Theoladeledada @JSebiotimo

@SaharaReporters I have made this abundantly clear across a number of spaces. The provision of section 44 paragraph 2 (a) of the Cybarcrimes Act 2015 is bound upon the list of entities mentioned in the second schedule, not upon Nigerians.

@OlawumiPK @BolanleCole U could have passed your message in a more soften tone without sounding tribalistic. Any woman from any tribe could have done what Betty has been alleged of & that doesn't mean her tribe is bad. I believe proper things shall be done in addressing some salient points you raised.

This is one of the most difficult statements I have ever had to write - and it is one which I hoped I would not need to do for many years. I am devastated that my time at Chelsea has come to an end.
