@schiz04renic I saw calling people poor rude. I didn't have the blue tick for ages and even then in most cases it's not worth it and was a 1 month test. I saved up a lot in my current bank and still probably wouldn't get the blue tick.

My parents is a bit more difficult to tell but could be right. Definitely toward my grandparents to be honest. In my nearly 4 year long relationship. My partner was with me when I was fully broke besides getting bus fare and maybe £20 for small gifts. No bank account yet. It's only recently like 2 months ago I got a bank account and she did ask me for something that was £26 but that is very rare.

I'm going to piss some men off with this, but the reason a lot of your parents and grandparents stayed married so long is because the women in those generations were financially trapped. When a woman makes her own money, the only thing a man can truly offer her is how he treats her. That's why there's a male loneliness epidemic.
