@GabSutton A club that’s been punching above their weight for too long. They should build a statue of Tony Stewart for what he’s done there. Mid league one club that thinks it’s bottom of the championship, due to the success he’s given them. Relegation might be the wake up call they need.

Accurately or otherwise, Rotherham's appointment paints a picture for me of Tony Stewart wracking his brains, calling managers he vaguely remembers up to the early 2010s, having lost track of non-Millers bosses since. In some ways I'd almost be more disappointed, and certainly surprised, if this was a Rob Scott-driven appointment. #RUFC

The problem Rotherham United have now is there are nine games left. If you were going to do this, did it need to be sooner? Have you got to find someone willing to take over for nine games and see how it goes? Because they need to get the next long-term appointment right. They can't rush into a hire, get it wrong, and be looking for yet another manager within the year #RUFC
