I highlighted the following issues: the release of political prisoners; legalization of Belarusians abroad; principled policy towards the regime; and countering transnational repression. I also called on partners to maintain unity in their position towards Belarus.
I am grateful to Lithuania that my Office continues its work in Vilnius and remains our diplomatic center.
