Christian men flock to Andrew Tate is because the church has effeminized Jesus to such a degree they can no longer see Christ as an example of robust masculinity.
This problem is fixed in two ways:
1. Pastors must stop peddling one-dimensional Jesus (only his softness, compassion, kindness, etc.). They must show the complete Christ—and, especially now, the intense, resolved, brilliant, evil-mocking, righteously angry Christ.
2. Pastors must call out women’s sin and rip out the “clean feminism” in the church. Yes, it must be done with tact, but it must be done. When young men see pastors who say they follow Christ but also remain quiet about obvious feminine evils, they see them, and ultimately Christ, as a coward and run to men like Tate.
This will change only when pastors restore the true masculinity of Christ and embody it in their preaching.
@AngelStudiosInc A quick note: the accusation that the film is Christian Nationalist propaganda comes from both Bonhoeffer's publisher and the International Bonhoeffer Society. The film appropriates and misrepresents Bonhoeffer's views.
@AngelStudiosInc I'm concerned about several things with this movie:
1) Lots of fake terrible German accents.
2) It reduces Bonhoeffer & the Confessing Church into some sort of "inspirational" evangelical feel-good movie.
3) That the film is Christian Nationalist propaganda.
"When the Nazis first came for the socialists, I did not speak out, because I was not a socialist. Then they came for the Jews and I didn't speak out... So when they come to knock at my door, will there be anyone left to speak out for me?"

@GodzillaNuke ...the impact of US energy and gas policies on the global market, US investments in European real estate and stock markets, immigration and refugee policies and all the ways that the US uses "soft power."
@GodzillaNuke Then of course there are things like trade policy, climate change, the impact of US interest and exchange rates on the Euro and the Pound (which impacts the cost of living), US tech regulations about data privacy (since a lot of European digital info is on US servers)...
@DiscordianKitty I had a weird experience where I went with my partner to a doctor’s appointment for her and the doctor kept looking and talking to me about her.
