SOAKER TODAY & TUESDAY: Subtropical moisture will stream into the PNW over the next 2 days, resulting in impressive rain totals + high elevation snow (along & west of Cascades). Many will see 1.5-3” of rain, with 4-6” along parts of coast, Coast Range & Cascades. #PDX #ORwx #WAwx
