Sorry but this is cope. Young people use LLMs constantly, to the point that it’s ruining education. Talk to literally any teacher who grades essays, at any level. Cheating has never been so epidemic. It’s at crisis levels.

Only older people are buying the magic beans of AI. It's rather sad, actually, seeing senior citizens bamboozled into believing that another industrial revolution is imminent. But they partly WANT to believe, perhaps to atone for their generational failure to make a better world.

When Marjorie Taylor Greene occasionally does something right, I chalk it up to a broken clock being useful twice a day. That doesn't mean ignoring that it's wrong the rest of the day. Those on the far-left attempting to prop her up as a hero have lost their goddamn minds.

@GMMeyer @NateSilver538 I'm far from an AI hater, I use gen AI every day. But I'm starting to think it'll be very difficult to emotionally engage the audience without real human lead actors giving real performances.
Everything else can be heavily AI though.

I think people just need to accept that AOC has chosen a different path than what DSA is moving towards. At this point I don't think we can do anything about it.
