I was at the 1st meeting of Restore Britain in Wigan last night. There was genuine excitement about contesting Makerfield for Restore. The people at the meeting were a mixed bunch from all walks of life, and all ages. There were a lot of women. To be honest, I was a little bit disquieted by the energy and anger in the room, but that's because I am a quiet, solitary person normally. But, I'll be out there doing my bit to bring this election home for Restore Britain. Fight on on! We can do this.
