What a day. This weekend, we travelled to London for Restore Britain’s Branch Organiser Training Day, joining hundreds of other branch organisers and volunteers from every corner of the country. One thing became crystal clear very quickly. Restore Britain is not one man. It is not a social media account. It is not a personality cult. It is a movement made up of ordinary British people who have simply had enough of watching our country gallop in the wrong direction. The room was packed with people from every walk of life. Business owners, tradesmen, farmers, professionals, pensioners, parents, young people and lifelong patriots all united by one thing: a determination to help restore Britain. The energy in the room was incredible. People weren’t there because they were told to be. They were there because they genuinely care about the future of our country and want to be part of building something better. We met branch organisers from across Britain, shared ideas, learnt from one another and spent time with people who are giving up their evenings, weekends and free time to grow this movement in their local communities. The establishment keeps telling us this is impossible. Looking around that room yesterday, it certainly didn’t feel impossible. It felt like the beginning of something very special. A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising the day and to all those who attended. The movement is growing. The momentum is building. I like Rupert Lowe, but this framing is wrong. Tomorrow’s debate is not formally about his private inquiry. It is about mandatory data collection on child sexual offenders. That is still incredibly important. But victims deserve truth , not sloppy political branding !
