@jkmttr Gonna throw in a vote for Google Calendar, but another BIG help for me managing life w/ ADD has been Google Keep. I've got it as a little widget on my phone so I can just open it up, add smthn like "do laundry", then set a reminder alarm on it to go off when I'm done with work

@kirbyconrod I am! 18 to 35 was a demog category we were short on, but the study is currently open to any nonbinary adults that are native US English speakers. Thank you for asking!
