“Tucker reads the symptoms well enough. It is the remedy he reaches for that gives cause for alarm.
He watches the Arab Gulf states project confidence onto the world stage and mistakes what was renounced for what was retained. The skylines are real, the sovereign wealth funds are real, the global ambition is real. What he gets wrong is what produced them. Tucker sees this vitality and attributes it to Islamic identity, to some civilizational coherence the secular West has abandoned. He has the causation exactly backwards. The Gulf states are thriving precisely because they retreated from Sharia, not because they embraced it.”

We are going to send Iran back to the Stone Age?
President @realDonaldTrump! Stop targeting ordinary Iranians and Iran’s infrastructure, the Islamic regime’s officials you call “less radical leaders” in Iran, the ones you are willing to negotiate with are exactly the ones with a Stone Age mindset.
President Obama once called them “moderates” and tried to negotiate with them.
You are making the same mistake by calling them “ reasonable”
Listen to my conversation with @jaketapper to understand what kind of “help” Iranians received from both U.S. presidents.

Iranians are fighting two oppressors:
the Islamic regime - who silences them and replaces their voice with state propaganda
Morally confused westerners - who carry state propaganda forward as fact
One places the muzzle on, the other fixes it in place
The two forces work collaboratively toward one of the greatest systematic erasure efforts of our time…
all in the name of “anti-oppression.”

When the BBC interviews someone as well-informed
and intelligent as Douglas Murray, they should find someone well-informed and intelligent to do it
Not some clown like this
He is very stupid
But perhaps the BBC hadn't noticed
Kosher@koshercockney
This is a must listen and a must share. Seriously. The BBC at its very worst. And this isn’t even @DouglasKMurray at his very best, yet he’s utterly brilliant.

Jeanette and I join our Christian brothers and sisters to reflect on the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ which made a way for us to live with Him in Eternity.

The Islamic Regime has once again fired a missile at its own people to blame the U.S. and Israel. But Iranians are everywhere, exposing their crimes. We’ve lived under this regime for 47 damn years. We know exactly what they do.
We don’t care what Democrats, liberals, or paid puppets say. The Islamic Regime is our only enemy.
The Islamic Regime must fall. Period.

I am often invited to speak around the world—to share my story, my experience, my insights since October 7, all of it juxtaposed with where I come from.
When I am introduced, people often describe me as a brave woman. I always push back against that label.
Am I truly brave—or has the world simply grown accustomed to such low standards that stating the obvious now passes for courage?
Is it bravery to speak facts? To share lived experience?
Is it bravery to stand with Israel while so many—even among Jews—distance themselves from the Jewish state?
Or is it something else entirely: a world that has lost its bearings, where clarity feels radical and truth feels defiant?
No. If we are to speak of bravery, let us be honest about where it truly lives.
Brave are my Israeli friends—mothers and fathers whose children are sent to fight for Israel’s survival, for their very existence.
Brave are the parents who kiss their children goodbye before they go to serve, not knowing when—or if—they will see them again.
Brave are those who stand their ground while the world denies them their most basic rights:
the right to speak, to react, to explain, to live, to stay, to leave, to grieve, to pray, to celebrate, to mourn… to honor the story of their ancestors and to secure the future of their descendants.
That is bravery.
The rest of us are simply telling the truth.

Everyone who says it doesn’t matter if Iran acquires nuclear weapons should have a serious conversation with reality.
“It’s just a small bomb somewhere far away.”
“Iran has the right to defend itself.”
“It’s only Israel that has a problem.”
No. It’s our problem. Everyone’s problem.
And to all those who still claim “Iran didn’t even have nuclear weapons” or “they weren’t even close”…
Wake up.
According to the IAEA, before the attacks in 2025 Iran had accumulated hundreds of kilograms of uranium enriched to 60% - only a small technical step away from the 90% needed to make nuclear weapons.
That was enough to produce material for several bombs in a very short time. Denying this is either naive or deliberate misinformation.
Before Trump, seven Democratic and Republican presidents said that Iranian extremists must be prevented from getting their hands on these weapons of mass destruction.
Now the media and the Democrats suddenly seem indifferent.
That tells you everything about what is really going on.
Because it is now Trump who has acted decisively and put a stop to the threat, it is suddenly “wrong.”
The same political move, the same objective that previous presidents have had, is being condemned simply because the man behind it is named Donald Trump.
It is not about the actual political decision or about protecting the West from a nuclear-armed theocracy.
It is about a deep, personal, emotional, and media-created hatred of one man - a hatred so strong that it overrides logic, security policy, and common sense.
A nuclear-armed Iran would give the Iranian regime - and its allied militias - a military immunity that no other power in the Middle East possesses.
They could threaten and control the entire region, threaten Europe with rockets and terrorism, and do whatever they wanted without any real resistance.
And if they were to honestly say out loud what their dream is, it is not only about Israel. It is about a Shia caliphate, where people like you and me become second-class citizens in our own Europe.
Those who close their eyes to this are the same people who never want to talk about the obvious connection: the left-wing naivety and the genuinely anti-Western attitudes that today actively support the Islamic movement in Europe.
They actually share a common project: to break down the traditional family - the foundation of society - economic self-determination (freedom instead of control), and the Western civilization as we know it.
That is why we all should all be deeply grateful that Donald Trump is back in the White House.
So thank you - because someone finally dares to act instead of just talking nicely about - and defending against real threats that can change our children’s future forever.
This is not a distant Middle Eastern conflict. It is an existential threat to the world we want to pass on. ❤️🔥🪽

When this is over, the western part of NATO will never be the same. Spain, England, France and Italy have sold us out, as they too often have a history of doing. Eastern European nations are the heart of NATO. They spend money on defense, know how to fight and love the US.
France particularly deserves fault and blame. From supporting China and Russia at the UN to denying Americans overflight rights, they’re doing what they’ve always done - showing weakness, while cutting deals with terrorists. (The reason the US has a Marine Corps and Navy is unlike France, we refused to pay a ransom to the Barbary Pirates. France is always happy to cut a deal.)
Wars have unintended consequences as nations show their true colors.
NATO will never be the same, and Western European weakness and acquiescence is the cause.
