Anyone who knows about Clarence Thomas dissents knows they are almost always short and sweet. The fact that he wrote a 91 page dissent for this monstrosity of a decision on birthright shows how absolutely infuriated he is.

Deport all illegal aliens immediately. Prohibit tourism from communist countries. Close the border especially to pregnant women. Ban surrogacy.

It’s way past time for a constitutional amendment.
