Rehab update Almost 6 weeks I have full range of motion and full extension. I got cleared to do little plyometrics like ladders,and hurdles. I’m also playing light catch now hoping to run in 2 months. In a little bit I will begin to start weight lifting too.

1 month post op I have achieved full extension. I have 130 degrees of flexion right now and getting more and more everyday. I’m currently working on building back all the muscles I lost and working on core stuff also. I am also doing plyo exercises to keep my arm healthy.

Update on ACL reconstruction 3 weeks post ACL surgery. Brace is off and walking with no brace. Im allowed to drive now. Right now im working on getting my strength back in my quad and calf. I’ll continue to work on my exercises and working on getting back on the baseball diamond
