The GAU-5A Aircrew Self Defense Weapon (ASDW) is a compact, takedown 5.56mm rifle designed for US Air Force pilots to use for survival and defense if shot down. Developed by the USAF Gunsmith Shop, it fits into ACES II ejection seats, allowing for 30-second assembly without tools to engage targets up to 200 meters.

BIG: Pete Hegseth fired top Army leaders, including Gen. Randy George, amid growing fears that Army Secretary Dan Driscoll could replace him. Hegseth has become increasingly suspicious of Driscoll’s influence—especially given his ties to JD Vance—and has targeted officials seen as aligned with him. The TigerShark was developed by the British company MGI Engineering, in cooperation with Auterion. According to the company's CEO, Michael Gaskoin, they have developed a system that meets today's challenges and takes into account tomorrow's challenges as well. The TigerShark's flight range reaches 1000 km, with a speed of 750 km/h. At the same time, it has a fairly powerful warhead - weighing 300 kilograms. This winged missile is much cheaper compared to other similar systems. 🔻Last year, the British company MGI Engineering expressed readiness to send SkyShark-type kamikaze drones to Ukraine, as well as to localize their production on site. A U.S. Army CH-47F “Chinook” Dual-Rotor Transport Helicopter suffered significant damage to its cockpit and front rotor in an Iranian one-way drone attack sometime in the last few days on Camp Buehring in Kuwait.

This was a rough day for US aviation. Aside from the downed F-15E Strike Eagle, an A-10 Thunderbolt II was lost. The A-10 was part of the rescue mission, but was severely damaged during the operation and later crashed in Kuwait. The two HH-60G choppers sustained damage. Thankfully no human casualties, but one F-15 crew member is still out there. Furthermore, a MQ-9 was destroyed.

A McDonnell-Douglas ACES II (Advanced Concept Ejection Seat) from a U.S. Air Force F-15E Strike Eagle has been found by residents in Southern Iran, the whereabouts or status of the pilot and weapons officer is currently unknown, with unconfirmed reports that one or both of the crewmembers have been captured by members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

A U.S. Air Force MH-60G “Pave Hawk” Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) Helicopter spotted this morning over the Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province of Southern Iran, after reports began to circulate of a downed F-15E Strike Eagle.

🚨 THE IRGC IS IN FULL MELTDOWN MODE. After taking a heavy hit on their B1 bridge in Karaj, official IRGC channels are now openly threatening to destroy the King Fahd Causeway (the only bridge connecting Saudi Arabia and Bahrain!) They are actively threatening international infrastructure and US allies in the region. THIS is the reality of the Islamic Republic. You cannot negotiate with a rabid terrorist organization.
