@JackBox I did this twice already. However, after my newest complaint today after I said I would contact the health department, I immediately received a full refund. But there's been A LOT of issues with the Alton stores using old rancid oil. Which is extremely gross.

@JackBox Hey Jack I only came back on Twitter cuz y'all need to be DRAGGED for still not replying to me after 7 days when one of your stores used RANCID oil & subsequently horrific food poisoning. Tell your people to clean their oil. Alton Illinois location.

Hey @JackBox I ordered from my local jack in the box and the food was cold and dry. I left a bad review on @Yelp then the manager asked me to email them, the lady that responded was extremely rude and did nothing. Just letting you know…
