What an experience! This fight was the biggest mental and physical challenge of my life so far. Adrenaline was pumping. Every second demanded pure focus, mental grit, and physical exertion. Walking out to a big crowd, feeling all kinds of nerves, and pushing through every mental barrier. Then the first bell rang. Locked in, fully in the moment. Stoked to get the win. Huge respect to my opponent, a true weapon. This fight reminded me of the power in pushing past limits, embracing discomfort, and trusting the process. All the hard work paid off.

3 signs you're overthinking your business: You have 3+ courses but no clients You keep changing your positioning You research more than you create Sometimes you just need to start writing about what you've experienced.

tf are you doing? sending messages like: "Hey Mike, I like your content - I have xyz, you need that?" brother... you're competing against 6-fig agencies you think this is the move? i went from pitching $200 gigs → $4,5K retainers ...in under 3 months the difference? it isn't a better DM script it's not having more results to flex and no its not improving your offer either it was ME. i stopped caring about "selling" and started being a fcking human. ➼ Scrape your ICPs socials. ➼ Engage with all of them for 3 days. ➼ Send a loom showing ALL their bottlenecks. And most importantly? Give them the fcking solution too. "but Mikey, then they gonna solve it themselves" NO... these people don't need the solution to solve it themselves. they already have enough work up their ass. they don't have the time for fixing it themselves. but do you know what they have? CASH. and they’ll gladly spend it on a competent guy to fix their problems. communicate that without sounding like a salesman? even 7-figure founders will give you time.

The biggest needle moving task in your day won't get easier by waiting. Your brain will end up spending more energy avoiding it than just doing the work.

The secret to clarity isn't more information. It's better sleep, good food, and moving your body. When I'm rested and energized, I can tackle anything. When I'm not, everything feels overwhelming. Your mind follows your body's lead.

Skills I'm learning while transitioning away from the tools: • sales • revenue generation • upselling techniques • customer management • business scaling processes I'm getting paid to learn what I'll need later. Same job, different perspective.

Your biggest competition isn't other men. It's who you were yesterday. Guys be tryna beat someone else's game instead of winning their own. They see another guys success and think I need his car I need his body I need his business But here's the thing.. you don't know his story or his failures or his struggles or his sacrifices You're comparing your behind-the-scenes to his highlight reel. Meanwhile, you're ignoring the only competition that actually matters: the version of you that makes excuses the version of you that stays comfortable the version of you that quits when it gets hard Beat that guy first. Everything else is noise.

i journal every single day for at least 20 minutes. i've been doing this since I’m on X with just: • water • my brain • one document and these 3 Qs to help focus my mind: “what did I do yesterday?” ”what do I need to do today?” ”what’s the #1 priority right now? what I love about journaling over long periods of time: • you 10x your productivity • you’re less stressed by a lot • you have a clear structure daily you can literally see the progress in front of you. but the best part? this habit helped me replace my 9–5 with consulting, ghostwriting, and an ad agency - all in 5 months. i've generated over $50,000 revenue in that time. it's how I went from a broke 9-5er to running 2 biz in 150 days.

This is how I’d structure my weight loss diet as a busy solopreneur. I’d pay attention to those 5 things: 1. Make It Simple Keeping it simple saves time & mental energy. ➝ Simple preparation ➝ Simple ingredients And no, you don't have to only eat boring foods to keep it simple. 2. Quick To Make The less time I can spend on my diet, the more time I can spend on my business. ➝ Cook & prep in bulk ➝ Use fewer dishes Use no-cooking meals like protein ice cream to save extra time. 3. Make It Enjoyable I make foods I love low in calories & high in protein. I use: ➝ Low-calorie sauces & condiments ➝ No-sugar beverages ➝ Protein powder ➝ Sweeteners ➝ Lean meats You don't have to only eat boring meals to lose weight. 4. Make It Filling Making it enjoyable isn't enough. It has to be filling, otherwise it's easy to overeat. I focus on: ➝ High fiber & protein ➝ Low in fat & sugar Vegetables, fruits, whole grains, skyr, lean meats… 5. Make It Satisfying If I'm not losing weight the diet isn't working. ➝ I make it more volumes & lower the calorie content ➝ I increase protein & fiber For best results I have to nail all 5 steps.

@JackBr_ If comfort was a quick killer, not everyone would choose it. But it is not. Comfort slowly entices you to come into its trap and when you finally realize the damage that has been done, it may be too late.

Comfort doesn't destroy your life in one moment. It destroys it one decision at a time. You feel it when: You say you'll wake up early but don't You buy another course instead of finishing the one collecting dust You go out for a 'couple' bevs and waste the entire next day recovering Nothing bad happens right away. You still go to work You still pay your bills You still look normal to everyone else But deep down... you know you're slowly giving up. And the longer you pick the easy choices, the harder it gets to pick hard. Until one day, you can't remember what it felt like to push yourself.
