@thepaulwilliams ...practise the lower height every day way more than amateurs can. Has that evidence just been discounted as it doesn't seem to be mentioned at all and that was the only in game trial we've run

Truly gutted to hear this, such a shame. One of the kindest, most genuine guys I had the pleasure of coming across through Glasgow and Scotland age grade teams. Realy talented rugby player too, it was an honour to have played with him so many times. He'll be sadly missed 😔

@CoachEdTeer @RUGBY_STR_COACH As a full grown adult pro athlete I still hate a 6am start, even with a full 8+ hours. The obsession with early starts are nonsensical, players always feel better getting more sleep especially for recovery and after games. Even moreso for young people still growing & developing

@RUGBY_STR_COACH Let’s not forget that they can choose to go to bed earlier and still get the right amount of sleep. Choosing up late with morning obligations is a poor choice. Let’s not reward bad choices.

Nothing more entertaining than getting college athletes out of bed at 6am for "recovery" work. "WAKE UP AND GET YOUR ASS INTO THE FACILITY SO YOU CAN RELAX!!!" I'm sure they went to bed early and didn't stay up all night playing ps5 with their friends 🙄
