@DevinWanzor This should be looked at as more of a mixture of IRR and multiple on equity. A 14% IRR may not get you fired up, but if it’s attached to a +3x MOE, that should get you fired up (especially if it’s commensurate with the risks)
Answers so far are surprising me. My return expectations may be too high. I have a deal where my conservative proforma is 14% IRR on a 10 year hold, using zero leverage. I am not fired up about it for some reason.
